Made-to-order timing
Dawnproof Fixed and Dawnproof Anywhere are made to order. The estimates below are planning estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
- Dawnproof Fixed: submitted measurements and opening details are normally checked within 1 business day. Production normally takes 7–10 business days after the order details are approved.
- Dawnproof Anywhere: production normally takes 7–10 business days after the finished width, height and order details are confirmed.
- Transit: delivery normally takes approximately 7 business days after dispatch.
Shipping charges and availability
Available shipping methods and any shipping charge for the delivery address are shown at checkout before payment. Service may be limited or take longer for PO boxes, military addresses, remote regions, territories and some international destinations. Contact support@dawnproof.com before ordering if the destination is unusual or time-sensitive.
Import taxes and duties
Import taxes or duties, if applicable, depend on the destination and are not included unless checkout states otherwise. The recipient may be responsible for charges collected by local customs or the carrier.
Order and address changes
Review the delivery address, product options and measurements before ordering. Contact us as soon as possible if anything needs to change. We cannot guarantee an address, size or option change after review or production has begun.
Tracking and delivery
Tracking is sent when available after dispatch. Carrier timing can be affected by the destination, customs, weather, access restrictions and peak periods. The customer is responsible for providing an accurate deliverable address and monitoring the shipment.
Damage, loss or delivery issues
Inspect the shipment promptly and keep all packaging. Email support@dawnproof.com with the order number, tracking number and clear photos of the outer package, shipping label, product and affected area so we can review the issue.
