Start a warranty review
- Send the order number and a clear description of the issue.
- Include front and side photos plus a short operation video when movement is involved.
- Coverage is assessed under the limited warranty terms; the Room Trial is a separate policy.
- Stop using or forcing the product if continued movement could worsen the issue.
